Good for a variety of anxiety symptoms, this app guides you through a number of CBT skills and techniques including relaxation, changing your thinking, and mindfulness.

Headspace

This app is great for beginning mindfulness practice. It offers a free component as well as a paid subscription option.

Calm

This app is great for sleep, meditation, and relaxation. It offers a free component as well as a paid subscription option.

Breath2Relax

This is a quick guided breathing app for when you want to stay calm and focus.

Happier Meditation

This is a meditation app that evolves with you, offering a flexible and personalized approach to mindfulness.
