Savanna Stevens, LPC
Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning to it, finding the right fit can make all the difference. Through my work, I strive to create a space grounded in compassion and understanding.
My experience practicing at Brookside Anxiety & Mental Health the past five years has allowed me to work with clients across the lifespan, utilizing a diverse range of interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My training includes specialized expertise in OCD and anxiety-spectrum disorders as well as behavioral health conditions that affect mood and emotional well-being.
My practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I am particularly passionate about supporting teens and emerging adults as they navigate relationships, life transitions, and self-discovery, helping them build confidence and resilience. In this past year, I’ve especially enjoyed leading a DBT skills group for men in their twenties, facilitating a space to connect with peers, develop tools to manage emotions, and grow through life’s challenges.
I look forward to working alongside you as we start this journey together and create long-lasting change. Let’s get started!
